Abonmarche worked with the US Department of Veterans Affairs, City of Mishawaka and Ambrose Development to bring a long time dream to reality. This project involved the realignment of Trinity Place roadway to allow room to construct an 88,000 sft VA Clinic with 534 secured parking spaces on 15 acres in northern Mishawaka. The project was designed around floodplains and Juday Creek and included a walking trail meandering around a combination of ponds and bio-retention areas. The site was designed with secured access that included an 8’ fence around the perimeter, covered parking for government agents and provisions to prevent vehicles from getting to close to the building.
