Abonmarche was chosen to work with Elkhart County and residents of the Prairie Creek Run Neighborhood to design a conceptual plan for the Lily Creek Greenway.
The design was developed through an iterative process that included two surveys, a design workshop, and a public open house. Abonmarche facilitated the public engagement, working closely with a ten-member steering committee, including representatives of the Neighborhood Association, to determine the community’s preferences for design and use of the Greenway. Along with the physical design, Abonmarche produced probable cost estimates, itemized for each element proposed, to guide County and Township leaders in future budgeting and prioritization decisions.
