Abonmarche provided bridge design, trails, roads, and utilities, as well as a utility study, permitting, and mapping. These services were completed to support an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course and a mixed-use development. This development included single-family housing, condominiums, hotel, marina, conference center, and water park. A project-wide control network was established using static GPS surveying and post-processing of data. Abonmarche also established coordinates and elevations for control points as designated on aerial photos on specified vertical and horizontal datum, and provide coordinates to aerial photogrammetry company. Our team set GPS control for photogrammetric survey, topographic work on all new structure (bridge) locations, soundings in St. Joseph River, Paw Paw River, Ox Creek, for bridge crossings, and relocation of many storm structures, wetlands and endangered plant species.
