Project Details
Abonmarche provided professional engineering services for the Westlawn Hall Renovations on the Goshen College campus. This project focused on improving site functionality, access, and utility infrastructure to support ongoing campus use while enhancing the student dining and gathering experience.
Renovation efforts included expansion of the existing outdoor dining patio, modifications to the east entry approach and sidewalks, and a redesigned west-side access and loop drive connecting to SR 15. The project also added a new mechanical courtyard and installed upgraded utilities, including replacement of the domestic water service, a new fire service line, and a new grease sanitary line and interceptor. Abonmarche coordinated with the City Planning Department to address Planned Unit Development requirements and designed onsite drainage solutions to manage new impervious surfaces separately within the campus’s combined sewer system constraints.
