Southwestern Michigan College tapped Abonmarche to conduct a comprehensive facilities assessment to assist them in their campus-wide maintenance and growth strategy planning.
A comprehensive facility assessment of existing conditions can help reveal where improvements and efficiencies can be made, as well as help universities future-proof their investments, training focus on appropriate allocation of funds and goal-setting.
Project scope included an assessment of current space uses and needs on the University’s Dowagiac and Niles campuses. Potential renovation projects and maintenance projects were examined, alongside space usage efficiencies and projected timelines.
