Abonmarche provided professional civil engineering and planning services for multiple improvement projects at Bethany Christian School as part of a campus master planning effort in coordination with E.F. Hooley Construction. Located at 2904 South Main Street (SR 15) in Goshen, Indiana, the improvements were planned as a series of independent projects to support the school’s long-term growth and facility needs.
Projects included an elementary school addition with site improvements, an arts addition and renovation, a new playground, chapel and black box renovations, and barn demolition followed by new parking and stormwater management improvements. Abonmarche’s scope of work included a topographic survey of the property, zoning amendments and approvals, stormwater management design, INDOT entrance modifications, utility coordination, schematic design, construction documents and specifications, permitting assistance, and construction administration services to support successful implementation across the campus.
