Regent Theatre Parking Improvements project includes asphalt crushing and shaping, removal of storm structures, storm pipe, concrete walks and landscape walls.  New asphalt paving and striping, parking signs, concrete curb, paving and walks, and dumpster concrete pad. New lighting and conduits for future underground electric and telecom lines. New landscaping beds with trees, shrubs, perennials and ornamental grasses. Decorative stone veneer columns with ornamental fencing.

A voluntary Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday January 8, 2025 at 10:00 am local time at Allegan City Hall, located at 231 Trowbridge Street, Allegan, MI 49010.

The Mahan Park improvements project includes removal of concrete walks, concrete curb, gazebo structure, and vegetation. Salvage brick pavers for re-use.  Install plain concrete walks and concrete seating area; concrete curb, colored, exposed aggregate concrete, and salvaged brick pavers. New Amphitheatre structure, with site lighting, and new plant beds with shrubs, perennials and ornamental grasses and turf restoration.

This project consists of new water line to serve the township park facilities and a new wastewater collection system including a pump station and grinder stations.  These systems will connect to the City of New Haven utilities.

Project consists of, but is not limited to, the renovation of an existing public campground comfort station inclusive of a “gut-rehab” of the existing building interior including demolition of existing interior masonry walls, concrete slab and plumbing, construction of new restroom and shower improvements including new slab floor and new masonry partitions; replacement roof; infill masonry block and related structural improvements to existing masonry exterior walls; new concrete site walks and new van-accessible parking spaces with minor excavation/grading improvements; and as otherwise defined in the project Contract Documents.

Project cost range is anticipated to be $1 – $500,000.

Harbert Community Park Spark Grant Improvements

The Project includes the following work: Investigation of 610 water service lines at the curb stop and 60 water service lines at the corporation stop. Recording of investigation results plus associated restoration is included in this scope of work.

Removal of an existing timber pedestrian bridge on site at Maple Island, and replacement with a timber pedestrian bridge and site improvements. Site improvements include installation of concrete sidewalk on the island side and land side and the grading for tile path installation.

Culvert replacement along 100 linear feet (LFT) of an existing/failing culvert to be constructed with an equal or greater hydraulic capacity. On each 50 LFT side, the new culvert shall include a total of 100 LFT of steel sheet pile (SSP) wall installation, utility penetrations through the sheeting for existing public utilities (including as-needed repairs, replacements, and temporary disconnections), and a concrete cap supported by helical piers for lateral support. The scope of work also includes concrete sidewalk replacement, preservation of brick pavers, SESC and local permits with applicable permit measures, temporary traffic control measures, as-needed dewatering, site restoration, and miscellaneous site improvements (handrail edge protection, repair allowance for irrigation and electrical systems). All work must reach substantial completion on or before May 16, 2025, and final completion by May 23, 2025.

Investigation of 471 water service lines at the meter pit plus investigation of 50 of the 471 services at the corporation stop in 2025. Recording of investigation results plus associated restoration is included in this scope of work.

Project consists of a new wood-framed public park pavilion structure inclusive of restroom facilities and preparatory kitchen; site improvements inclusive of new accessible parking spaces and concrete walks.  Project cost range is anticipated to be under $500,000.

Investigation of 815 water service lines at the curb stop plus investigation of 90 of the 815 services at the corporation stop in 2025. Coordination with onsite engineering representative to convey service line material and provide opportunity for photo is included in this scope of work as well as associated restoration.

Construction for the Portage Fish Cleaning Station.

Investigation of 975 water service lines at the curb stop plus investigation of 50 of the 975 services at the corporation stop in 2025. Recording of investigation results plus associated restoration is included in this scope of work.

Replacement of the sanitary sewers and sewer service laterals, water main and water service laterals, hot mix asphalt and concrete paving, curbs and gutters, sidewalk, as well as storm sewer and sidewalk ramp improvements with all associated traffic control for work.

Reconstruction of the City Hall parking lots and drives servicing them. The work also includes underground construction of new drainage infrastructure.

Replacement of sanitary sewer and manholes within the intersection of Water Street and Fifth Street in the City of Benton Harbor. Work also includes full depth pavement removal and replacement throughout the intersection, aggregate base conditioning, and removal and replacement of two curb ramps within the intersection.

Replacement of the sanitary sewers and sewer service laterals, water main and water service laterals, hot mix asphalt paving, concrete paving, curbs and gutters, sidewalk, as well as storm sewer and sidewalk ramp improvements with all associated traffic control for work.

This project includes asphalt milling and HMA resurfacing with full depth HMA patching from Center St. (SR 5) to the eastern terminus of Hammontree Street. The existing sidewalk on the north side of Hammontree Street will also be removed and replaced with new concrete sidewalk. The existing storm sewer structures and pipe on Hammontree Street will be removed and replaced.

CONTRACT 1 DESCRIPTION: Landside work includes utility removals and installations (water and electric), removal and replacement of various hardscape items, site grading, HMA paving and striping, concrete abutment construction, and installation of miscellaneous site amenities. All work must reach substantial completion on or before April 1, 2025, and final completion by April 8, 2025.

CONTRACT 2 DESCRIPTION: Marine-based work includes furnishing & installing the floating pier system including pier utilities (electrical, water service, dry fire standpipe suppression system), with anchorage system and an ADA-compliant gangway system. All work must reach substantial completion on or before April 29, 2025, and final completion by May 6, 2025.

The project consists of the construction of a public plaza, including sidewalks, food truck parking, vehicle parking, seatwalls, a bosque-style seating area, natural gas fire pits, and an artificial turf area. The following items are also included as design-bid alternates: rehabilitation of an existing loading dock into a multi-access platform, an ADA-accessible floating kayak launch, fender piles for a kayak lane and dredge pipe mooring, and a river viewing deck. The Contractor may be required to submit structural plans for the loading dock rehabilitation and proposed viewing deck, based on the schematics in the provided plan set. The Contractor will be required to submit an irrigation plan based on the provided Landscaping Plan.

NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID: Interested bidders are encouraged to meet at the project site on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 9:30 am ET.

This project consists of the relocation and renovation of a new board room in the South Bend, IN airport. The specific work is described in more detail in the documents prepared by Abonmarche Consultants Inc.

Due to potential environmental concerns, this project has been put on hold to allow for further due diligence to take place. As a result, the bidding process has been terminated and bids will not be received for the 2^nd Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project at this time.

Bidders are advised to continue following Abonmarche and City of Grand Haven websites for updates regarding future re-bidding information.

This project for the Town of Bronson is an EGLE funded project consisting of lining, grouting, and manhole rehabilitation of the current Sanitary System. There will also be three alternate point repair projects involved that will include opening up roads, repairing the system, and road patching. Post inspection televising is also involved within this whole project.

This project involves approximately 39,108 LF of grouting, 592 VF of manhole structural lining, and 43 casting adjustments/replacements.

The Project consists of 4″ Mill and Fill on Sigler Street from Washington Street to 85 ft west of US 231 and Washington Street from Sigler Street to Church Street. Additionally, 1140 LFT of new storm sewer pipe, inlet and manhole structures and gravel, concrete, grass restoration, ADA ramp replacement and other incidental work within the Town of Hebron.

The Project consists of 2 inch mill and fill pavement replacement on the following road sections in New Chicago; Harrison Ave from Illinois to Michigan; Arthur Ave from Indiana to Michigan; Garfield ave from Indiana to Illinois; Tyler St from Michigan to Wisconsin; Michigan St from Madison to Huber. Project includes ADA curb ramp replacement and striping.

The Project consists of 1,500 square yards of 4-inch overlay, approximately 735 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, ADA curb ramps, fine grading, and other appurtenant work for Fawn Court located wholly within the Town of Argos.

The Project consists of 2 inch mill and fill, ADA ramp replacement, and other appurtenant work for two (2) street segments wholly within the Town of Morocco.

Project includes but is not limited to renovation of existing Imaging Suite, Dental suite and (1) Classroom. This work includes selective demolition, reconfiguration of spaces within suite, installation of door/hardware and coordinating all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.

The Project consists of 2-inch mill and fill, striping, and other appurtenant work for eight (8) street segments wholly within the Town of Pines.

Work to be performed shall include asphalt milling and resurfacing, aggregate grading, asphalt reconstruction, installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramp construction, and approximately 800 feet of storm sewer and other appurtenant work relating to 5 street segments totaling approximately 5,800 lineal feet of roadway.
