The project consists of 1.) Installing an ADA-accessible single-vessel floating kayak launch complete with a 40-foot by 5-foot gangway system, 2.) Constructing a 6-foot-wide, 185-square-foot timber pile-supported boardwalk supported on the landward side by a reinforced concrete abutment, 3.) Installing timber ice protection piles upstream of all in-water improvements, 4.) Site grading for proposed and future parking areas, driveways, sidewalks and stormwater detention basins, 5.) HMA paving for proposed parking areas and drives, 6.) Constructing a reinforced concrete boat ramp utilizing a cast-in-place or precast concrete panel system complete with surface texturing, rubber belt wheel stops, and riprap toe protection, 7.) Constructing ADA-compliant 4-inch non-reinforced porous concrete sidewalks, 8.) Installing proposed storm sewer piping and associated drainage structures, 9.) Furnishing and installing miscellaneous site amenities including bench seating, trash and recycling receptacles, pavement markings and symbols, ADA signage, and
park signage, and 10.) Site restoration, seeding, and landscaping with specified seed mixes and native plantings as identified in the project plans. 11.) Execute Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control measures per BCDC requirements.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 1.) Removal of existing concrete boat launch ramp and replacement of ramp with stone riprap and geotextile fabric. 2.) Removal of existing dock and four of seven finger piers west of existing boat ramp. 3.) installation of new floating dock and finger piers including ADA-accessible gangway with required anchorage. 4.) Utility pedestals with water/electric service and dock lighting for each new boat slip. 5.) Dock mounted safety features, including life-preserver rings, fire extinguisher posts, and egress ladders (wayfinding/general safety signage by Owner). 5.) Earthwork and grading as needed and SESC measures. 6.) New 4ft tall, segmented block retaining wall along sidewalk. 7.) Concrete abutment with utility penetrations to A-Dock to support gangway connection. 8.) New ADA -accessible sidewalk. All work must reach substantial completion on or before Friday, April 30th, 2027, and final completion by Friday, May 14th, 2027.

The Project consists of the decommissioning of a steel packaged dry pit station and replacing with a duplex submersible municipal lift station. Included is the installation of a new wet well, valve vault, control panel, vent, bypass connection and site restoration. In addition, the contract includes the installation of approximately 1250 LF of HDPE sanitary force main by directional drill methods, and other appurtenant work within the City of La Porte. There is an Alternate for this project that consists of purchasing a multi-phase industrial towable standby generator.  

The Project includes the following Work:

CIPP Sewer Lining of sewers varying in size from 8 inches to 10 inches (with all associated lateral reinstatement) and the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes. The project also includes all necessary traffic control and sewer bypass pumping.

The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: 1.) Install an ADA-accessible, single vessel floating kayak launch system with gangway ramp 2.) Construct a 5’ wide, 400sft open pile supported composite boardwalk and platform leading to the gangway landward connection, to be supported by a reinforced concrete abutment 3.) Install a 3” asphalt sidewalk and a 3” asphalt parking pad area with ADA-compliant grades throughout 4.) Install miscellaneous site amenities including trash/recycle receptacles, pavement striping, ADA signage, & parking bumpers 5.) Construct a 27.5’ wide, 6” aggregate surface for driveway and general parking, with required cut/fill earthwork 6.) Execute Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control measures per Van Buren Drain Commissioner requirements.

The site is being redeveloped from the former Oak Grove Mobile Home Park into a new single-family residential subdivision of approximately fifty-one (51) lots. (Demolition of the existing structures is being completed under a separate contract.)

The work consists of complete public and site infrastructure construction for the new subdivision, including: erosion and sediment control and SWPPP implementation; site clearing
and grubbing, common excavation and grading, sanitary sewer main with manholes and sanitary services, storm sewer, inlets, and drywells, compacted aggregate base, HMA roadway paving and fine grading over compacted aggregate base, combination concrete curb and gutter, decorative and standard concrete pavement, concrete sidewalks and ADA curb ramps, site lighting, signage, and pavement markings, landscaping and surface restoration, and all required testing, construction staking, and as-built record drawings.

Milling and asphalt resurfacing of various streets throughout the City of New Buffalo

The Project includes the following Work:

Construction of a new 160-ft long prefabricated pedestrian bridge adjacent to the existing Whittaker Street bridge over the Galien River, with new steel framed concrete boardwalks and new sidewalk to connect the bridge to the existing path. Construction will include driving steel-encased concrete piles and pile-supported abutment installation with temporary cofferdams with dewatering.

The Project includes the following Work:

Steel sheet pile seawall installation for broadside dock transient boaters. Concrete promenade and steel framed concrete pedestrian pathway. Installation of marina utility pedestals and pedestrian light bollards. Rain garden improvements and landscaping. Coir log placement for wetland mitigation.

Project consists of, but is not limited to, construction of a new wood framed structure, single-story public park restroom facility, new HMA-surface as required, new concrete walks, new site stormwater sewer system, new sanitary drain tie-in, new facility water service, site grading, removals and restoration, and as otherwise defined in the project Contract Documents.

The project consists of complete subdivision construction for the new Habitat for Humanity Legacy Park Subdivision, located on the west side of County Road 15 in the City of Elkhart, Osolo Township, Elkhart County, Indiana. The 10.1±-acre site is part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 38 North, Range 5 East (Parcel ID No. 20-02-25-151-011.000-027), and will be developed as a 23-lot single-family residential subdivision.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: erosion and sediment control; site clearing and grubbing; stripping and stockpiling of topsoil; mass earthwork including roadway and lot grading, retention pond excavation, and import of suitable fill; installation of approximately 1,060 LF of 8″ PVC sanitary sewer with manholes and laterals; installation of storm sewer (PVC and RCP, 12″ to 24″) and 12 storm structures; installation of approximately 1,730 LF of 8″ ductile iron water main with fittings, valves, fire hydrants, and 23 water services; construction of approximately 1,450 LF of new public roadway including aggregate base, HMA pavement section, and 2,870 LF of combination curb and gutter; sidewalks, ADA ramps, and surface restoration; and all testing, layout, and as-built record drawings. Refer to Bid Proposal Form (Exhibit A) for the complete bid schedule and to the Construction Plans for the full scope.

The Project includes the following Work:

The Project includes the following Work:

Phase 1: Consists of full depth asphalt road reconstruction, curb and gutter, approximately 200 feet of storm sewer removal and 850 feet of new installation ranging from 12” to 72” RCP, bank stabilization using multi layered erosion control mats, and other appurtenant work located on Wisconsin Street wholly within the City of Hobart.

Phase 2: Consists of full depth asphalt road reconstruction, curb and gutter, approximately 1,240 feet of storm sewer removal and 2,315 feet of new installation ranging from 8” to 72” varying in pipe material, water service replacements, and other appurtenant work located on 38th Place wholly within the City of Hobart.

The Project includes the following Work: Removal of existing fencing and fishing pier decking and railing. Sealing and re-striping of existing asphalt parking and driveways, construction of new salt storage building, ADA-compliant concrete and asphalt sidewalks, permanent cornhole courts and bollard lighting, existing park shelter renovations, fire pit, fishing pier renovations, and landscaping.

The project consists of demolition and site preparation of the existing Oak Grove Park trailer park, located in the City of Mishawaka, Indiana, to prepare the site for redevelopment as the new Woodfield Crossing subdivision. The project site is generally bounded by E. McKinley Avenue (US-20) to the north, N. Byrkit Avenue to the east, E. LaSalle Avenue to the south, and adjacent parcels to the west. Refer to the Removals Plan (Sheet 6) for the full extent of the Removal Limits.

The scope of work for the Base Bid includes, but is not limited to: demolition of fifty-four (54) existing trailer structures and building pads; selective tree clearing and grubbing as indicated on the Removals Plan; removal of all above-ground utilities; abandonment and flowable fill of the existing sanitary sewer system; removal of existing pavement, hardscape, and site improvements; topsoil stripping and stockpiling; erosion and sediment control; maintenance of traffic; and site restoration. The Project includes the following Work:

1. Project #1 is located approximately 105 feet north of 10th Street on County Line Road. This project includes replacement of a 15” CMP Culvert with a 15” RC Pipe and includes bank stabilization using a multi-layer erosion control system.
a. Removals: Site Clearing and Grubbing, Existing 15” CMP Culvert, Common Excavation, Pavement Removal, and other appurtenant items.
b. Installation: 15” Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Storm Manhole, End Sections with rip rap, Aggregate Shoulder, Multi-layered Erosion Control Mat, Site Grading and HMA patching.
c. Restoration of banks and disturbed site areas to existing conditions or better.

2. Project #2 is located approximately 415 feet north of 10th Street on County Line Road. This project includes Site improvements around an existing 96” CMP Culvert by grading the bank and installing a multi-layered erosion control system.
a. Removals: Site Clearing and Grubbing, Site Grading, and other appurtenant items. Existing Culvert is to remain intact and unaffected.
b. Installation: Site Grading, Aggregate Shoulder, and Multi-layered Erosion Control Mat along the east and west embankments.
c. Restoration of banks and disturbed site areas to existing conditions or better.

The Project includes milling and asphalt resurfacing of Central Avenue, Lake Avenue, and Third Street in the City of North Muskegon.

The project includes milling and resurfacing of Compton St (Ruggles to Matteson), curb & gutter replacement, and sidewalk & curb ramp upgrades to meet accessibility requirements. Other incidental items of work include
pavement marking, minimal tree removal, and turf restoration activities.

An Alternate Project in this work to provide sidewalk quantity and pay items to fill a pedestrian network gap on Roosevelt St between S. Matteson St and McKinley St. This approximately 850-foot section would be a 5-ft wide
sidewalk and be placed at-grade. No drawings are provided as this item is planned for field direction & execution.

The Project consists of a widening on 3rd Street and asphalt milling and resurfacing on 3rd Street, Beech Road, N Oak Street, Erie Street, Osceola Avenue, and Olive Street and other incidental work within the Town of Osceola all more particularly described on the plans and specifications.

Project Description: Project consists of, but is not limited to, the directional drilling installation of approximately 565 LF of new 1.25-inch diameter sanitary force main sewer service to connect the existing West Comfort Station park building to an existing on-site public sanitary sewer including installation of new owner-supplied duplex pump stations, furnishing and installing a 2” air release valve with structure, in-lieu of the existing on-site sanitary septic system to be abandoned; and as otherwise defined in the project Contract Documents.

The Project consists of 4-inch Mill and Fill, Full Depth Widening, Road Striping, Storm Sewer Improvements (Approx 1,350 LF: 575′ of RCP and 775′ of HDPE), and other appurtenant wholly within the Town of Mount Ayr.

The Project includes removal of existing playground equipment and surfacing, picnic shelter roof, paving, walks and curb. New parking with ADA spaces, concrete sidewalks, and public bus stop linking Memorial Park with the Burma Center to the south. Park improvements also include new picnic shelter roof and concrete paving, play area and structures with poured in place surfacing, perimeter pond landscaping and new benches and refuse and recycling containers.

​Development and renovation of numerous amenities at Red Woolfe Park in the Village of Decatur including new evergreen buffer on the south edge of the property, ADA accessible seating, tables, benches, trash receptacles, and kayak launch and gangway. Additionally, the site will be renovated to include ADA accessible parking, routing, pathways, and access to park amenities. The beach will be expanded to include more areas for park-goers to enjoy the sand and have a place to relax and play along the waterfront.​

The Project includes the following Work: Removal of existing fencing and pavement striping, construction of prefabricated park shelters, ADA-compliant concrete sidewalks, privacy fencing, fire pit, limestone boulders, parking lot striping, site furnishings, geoblock turf pavers, and landscaping. Total project includes work at two separate sites.

The Project consists of the construction of approximately 4,400 feet of new multi-use path. Work will include earthwork, grading, asphalt path, concrete path, storm sewer culverts, boardwalk, helical piles, abutment walls, pedestrian bridge and other necessary and appurtenant items. A section of the multi-use path will be crossing under the Norfolk Southern railroad by utilizing an existing railroad bridge over the East Arm of the Little Calumet River.

Investigation of 781 water service lines at the curb stop. Recording of investigation results plus associated restoration is included in this scope of work.

The project includes replacement of sanitary sewers and sewer service laterals, storm sewer updates where necessary, hydrant replacements, hot mix asphalt paving, curbs and gutters, and sidewalk ramp improvements with all associated traffic control work.

Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining of sanitary sewers varying in size from 6 inches to 10 inches (with all associated lateral reinstatement), lining and rehabilitating sanitary sewer manholes, and pipe bursting a short segment under M-89. The project also includes all necessary traffic control and sewer bypass pumping.

The City of Allegan Rossman Park Utility & Roadway Reconstruction Project includes reconstruction of streets, utilities (water main, storm, and sanitary sewer) and associated items in the Rossman Park area which includes the neighborhoods to the northeast and southwest of M-89 between Bond Street and Oak Court. The project is partially funded with Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) Water Related Infrastructure Grant Funds. As such, conditions of employment and requirements of federal prevailing wage rates, Segregated Facility, Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, Section 109 and Equal Opportunity will apply.

The Project consists of asphalt milling and resurfacing on Illinois St., Ohio St., Harrison St., Georgia St., and Lawrence St. and other incidental work within the Town of Walkerton all more particularly described on the plans and specifications.

This Project consists of minor repair, painting, and equipment replacement within the Town’s Wastewater Treatment Facility including work on two (2) clarifiers, two (2) oxidation ditches, and safety grate installation at various locations. Work on the clarifiers consists of the repair and replacement of the scum trough, weir trough, grout pads, inlet trough and other appurtenant work. Work on the oxidation ditch consists of repair and replacement of the weir gate and trough, mud valves, rotor aerators and tubes, and other appurtenant work. Various items within the clarifiers and oxidation ditch shall be sandblasted and recoated. The project shall be contained wholly within the DeMotte Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 13390N 900 W, DeMotte, Indiana 46310.

This project is the first phase of construction for a planned unit development. Work includes site fill and grading, construction of roadways and parking areas, construction of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, and a pickleball court. Utility construction includes the installation of new water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and associated drainage structures. This project also includes the additional of a stormwater treatment unit that discharges to the Saint Joseph River.

The Project consists of 4-inch Mill and Fills, Full Depth Pavement Replacement, Road Striping, Sidewalk, Curb ramps, Storm Sewer, and other appurtenant work wholly within the Town of Hebron.

Replacement of the sanitary sewers and sewer service laterals, hot mix asphalt paving, curbs and gutters, sidewalk, as well as storm sewer and sidewalk ramp improvements with all associated traffic control for work.
