Project Details
For this project, Abonmarche expanded the existing facility with a new office area, increased storage, expanded dining area, outdoor patio, and a new covered roof top deck and bar. The new design features a connecting stair tower made of steel.
Our design team worked with the client to develop a concise written design program that defined space needs and established an architectural vocabulary to insure that the renovation met the required upgrades and expansion while providing the contemporary rural industrial look the client desired.
Abonmarche worked closely with the contractor to overcome all obstacles that were discovered during the construction process. For instance, the stair structure was simplified and a slight modification was made to the roof deck canopy during the bid process to lower costs.
