Abonmarche Engineers Awarded LEED Accreditation

Abonmarche Engineers Timothy Drews, PE, PTOE, and Jason Marquardt, EIT, have recently earned LEED Professional Accreditation.  LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.  LEED promotes sustainability in the built environment by recognizing performance in five key areas: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.  As LEED Accredited Professionals, Mr. Drews and Mr. Marquardt will be able to help Abonmarche clients seeking to achieve LEED certification for their projects.

Tim Drews is the Group Director for Abonmarche’s Engineering Department in Benton Harbor , and is responsible for oversight of all engineering design for municipal and private development projects.  Jason Marquardt is a Staff Engineer for the Benton Harbor office, specializing in infrastructure and facility design, construction administration and storm water analysis.
