Our Manistee office is located in the heart of this classically elegant city often referred to as “The Victorian Port City”.  Having an office in this location allows us to better serve our clients located in Michigan’s Northern Lower Peninsula, as well as our many clients in the Upper Peninsula .

Our Manistee location offers a full range of consulting and design services, including LEED™ certified Architectural Design for municipal, commercial, educational and residential projects.  Engineering services include commercial and municipal site planning and design, infrastructure design and critical dune permitting.  The Survey division offers Environmental Site Mapping, Mortgage and Boundary Surveys, Construction Staking, Condominium Platting, and Topographical Mapping to municipalities, developers, commercial enterprises and private residents.
