Our South Bend office is located in the heart of this All-American city.  Centrally located on the northern Indiana/Michigan border, South Bend’s service area includes all of Northern and Central Indiana .

South Bend’s professional services include Commercial Site Planning, Residential Land Planning/Subdivisions, Municipal Master Planning, Landscape Architecture and Economic Development Planning.  Its Survey division provides Boundary and ALTA Surveys, Construction Layout and Staking, Land Divisions, Mapping and Topographic Studies and Surveys.  Engineering services include transportation and traffic engineering, stormwater management, sanitary sewer engineering, bridge inspection and construction, CSO projects and services for INDOT.
