This work shall include, but is not limited to, the reconstruction of Marble Street from the state line to the intersection of Marble Street and Wabash Avenue. There will be no work done within the right-of-way for the Norfolk Southern Railway. Work includes removal of the existing pavement, earthwork, new asphalt pavement, and all necessary appurtenant work.

Structural repair of a 30-foot stretch of wall on the Depot Building located at 1 N Harbor Drive in Grand Haven, MI due to car accident damage.

Project includes, but is not limited to: renovation of existing park pavilion steel structure inclusive of installation of new metal soffit panels (new pavilion structure ceiling), replacement or existing lighting and modifications to existing windows, and as otherwise defined in the Contract Documents, drawings and specifications.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at New Buffalo City Hall (224 W. Buffalo St., New Buffalo, MI) on February 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., local time. Prospective prime bidders are to attend.

The project consists of renovating the existing tennis courts at Carronde Park in St. Joseph Charter Township through the removal and replacement of HMA, new court resurfacing, new nets, and the addition of pickleball courts.

The Project consists of full depth asphalt road reconstruction, curb and gutter construction, approximate (2,800 LF), ADA concrete curb ramps, sidewalk, approximate (2,850 LF), storm sewer structure and pipe installation, approximate (510 LF) and other appurtenant work for six (6) streets totaling an approximate 3,180 linear feet of roadway wholly within the Town of Argos.

Project Description: Project includes, but is not limited to: construction of a new limited-stay residential unit for exclusive use by ambulance staff, 2-bay ambulance garage building (renovation of existing garage), construction of new asphalt surface access drive, tap/install of a new water service line, construction of new stormwater conveyance system, construction and connection of new sanitary drain into existing stub, decommission of existing site sanitary septic system.

The Project consists of pavement replacement, milling and HMA road work, sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, site restoration and other appurtenant work for 8 streets wholly within the Town of Porter. Construction to be completed in 2024.

The project consists of approximately 1,450 feet of HMA resurface work, topsoil tripping, restoration, and concrete work wholly within the Town of Burns Harbor.

The Project Proposal consists of construction of a new library in Edwardsburg, MI.

The Project includes milling and asphalt resurfacing of various streets throughout the City of Grand Haven.

The project consists of investigating water service locations throughout the Village per the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) Complete System Distribution Material Inventory (CDSMI) guidelines. Inspections include water service potholing at all noted locations on the public side of the water service line. The Contractor will be required to upload service material information and photographs into an online geodatabase set up by the engineer.

This construction project includes pickleball court renovation, installation of site furnishings, asphalt parking, concrete sidewalks, and associated work.  Michigan Department of Natural Resources Recreation Passport Grant funding is being used for this project.

This construction project includes the following work: Selective site demolition, site grading, placing a boulder retaining wall, installation of concrete sidewalk, realignment of an aggregate driveway, and re-installation of salvaged dune grass.

This project includes construction of a multi-sport (basketball, volleyball, pickleball) court, concrete sidewalk, fencing, site furnishings, and a pavilion with masonry fireplace.

Michigan Department of Natural Resources Recreation Passport Grant funding is being used for this project

Work consists of local roadway milling, resurfacing and sanitary structure rehabilitation on approximately 4.3 miles of streets in the Charter Township of Meridian, Ingham County, Michigan.

The work to be performed shall include mill and fill existing roadways, patching roadways, curb and gutter installation, minor culvert maintenance, and site restoration.

New community building with community center, pantry, and storage.

The work to be performed shall include installation of culvert, paving the trail and site restoration.

Contract 2 consists of the construction of a 400,000 gallon elevated tank and all appurtenant work. Contract  3 consists of the construction of a 2,700 SF booster pump building, a skid pump system, internal piping, site developments including asphalt drive, asphalt parking lot, grading and seeding, 1,000 linear feet of water main, 250 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer and all other appurtenant work. This project shall be contained wholly within the project site located at 27101 IN-4, North Liberty, IN, 46554.

Contract 2: Bid Opening October 30th at 6pm Local Time – BIDS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED – Contractors only interested in Contract 2 can disregard future updates to the plan room.

Contract 3: Bid Opening November 13th at 2pm Local Time

Rehabilitation of an existing 200,000 gallon elevated pedosphere tank by cleaning and over coating the exterior of the tank, blasting and recoating the wet and dry interior of the tank, and performing steel and appurtenance repairs and upgrades. Additional work includes making repairs to an existing 250,000 gallon ground storage reservoir and coating exposed piping.

The Project consists of the construction of a 60,000 gallon Equalization Tank, mixer, pumping station and appurtenant work to be located at the Town of North Liberty Wastewater Treatment Plant.

The Project consists of the decommissioning of the Potato Creek State Park Wastewater Treatment, closure of various water wells within the Potato Creek State Park and other appurtenance work. All work above specified will be completed within Potato Creek State Park.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Ox Bow Haus Shelter at Ox Bow Park, 23033 Co. Rd. 45, Goshen, Indiana, 46528 at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.

The Project consists of 2 inch and 4-inch mill and fill, striping, traffic loop replacement other appurtenant work for four (4) street segments (37^th Avenue) wholly within New Chicago and Lake Station.

Specifications for this project will be uploaded Monday October 2nd.

Construction of an underground detention system. Work generally consists of selective demolition, common excavation, installation of 248,965 cubic feet of underground storage chambers and 680 lineal feet of storm sewer, modification of existing storm sewer, surface restoration and seeding.

The project consists of investigating water service locations throughout the City per Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) Complete System Distribution Material Inventory (CDSMI) guidelines. Inspections include water service potholing at all noted exterior curb stops. The Contractor will be required to photograph water service materials and provide to Engineer.

The Project consists of the construction of gravity sanitary sewer, sanitary sewer force main, lift stations, water main, and water pump stations, along State Road 4, from the Town of North Liberty to Potato Creek State park, and within Potato Creek State Park.

The Project consists of the rehabilitation of four (4) lift stations and installation of one (1) new lift station. Included within the scope of each lift station is the installation of new pumps, control panels, electrical work, site restoration, and all other appurtenant work. Manhole rehabilitation work consists of interior manhole cleaning, interior cementitious lining, exterior grout sealing and all other appurtenant work. The rehabilitation of four (4) lift stations, one (1) new lift station and manhole rehabilitation work consists wholly within Potato Creek State Park.

Construction of a pre-manufactured building for various materials storage for the City of Springfield, including foundations, pavement, site work, interior building work, and demolition of existing salt barn.

Replacement and Installation of new ductile iron water main on 6 streets (3 project areas). Total water main to be installed is approximately 2,400 lineal feet of Class 52 Ductile iron water main in 6-inch and 8-inch diameters, work includes valves, fittings, taps, hydrants, and 27 water services. Asphalt patching of roads is not includes in the project.

The Project includes installation of a continuous metal panel (soffit) lining system on the underside of the existing metal roof structure and lighting fixture replacements at Oselka Park.

Construction of a pre-manufactured building for various materials storage for the City of Springfield, including foundations, pavement, site work, interior building work, and demolition of existing salt barn.

1. Project consists of a structural steel frame and masonry bearing wall construction, brick veneer and architectural metal panel exterior finishes, new offices, multi-purpose rooms, chapel, commercial kitchen, dinning, and receiving areas; including a new parking lot and related site improvements and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Replacement of the sanitary sewers and sewer service laterals, water main and water service laterals, hot mix asphalt paving, curbs and gutters, sidewalk, as well as storm sewer and sidewalk ramp improvements with all associated traffic control for work.
